No, because channels live within the device. So: You can have multiple channels per device. Previously you could have a 100 channel encoder device that allowed you to bring 100 cameras into the system and it would only cost you 1 device license. I would recommend that you export the footage in question and view it on another computer. If it is still frozen or fails to display video, then you are out of luck with no recourse. -

No, not correct. You probably aren't using the secondary stream, so its settings don't matter, and you could disable it on the settings page. Turn On Smart Codec in main stream. I think your first step should be to verify if this is a camera stream stutter or a viewing device decoding stutter, as your video is apparently a screen capture of a mobile device. I recommend using a Windows PC to view the footage in the camera's web interface, or the RTSP stream in VLC. See... -

Wide view Dahua cam?
It seems that about 110 degrees horizontal is about the widest Field of View on the camera market, for single sensor, non-fisheye/panoramic/360 cameras. To get more horizontal FoV you have to use multiple cameras or one of the types I mentioned. -

The Ubiquity seems to be wrong voltage, and not an actual PoE standard (802.3af, at, or bt). So I don't think it will work.
