    Is it the OVPN file that you are dragging into the OpenVPN Connect program, a certificate export is not the correct file to configure the settings for the OpenVPN connect program!

    Not sure if this will make any difference, in the camera setting "Video" tab, click the configure button and try increasing the size of the receive buffer from default 6 MB to 8 or 10, let us know if it makes any difference.

    I I have 26 cameras running using an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G and it barely cracks 10% usage, mind you there is not much motion taking place with my property on 76 acres of bush! I do have a RTX 3060 video card that helps but the gpu is also got very low load!
