    Witch takes all the candy

Well... this got interesting. I need to add a mic upfront or get some starlights with built in mics.

    Lorex LNB8105X Talk audio

Ever get any samples? I have a neighbor interested and if he bites I've convinced him to also buy a 5-50 for a vehicle identification cam to our neighborhood entry/exit. Regardless theres other options, I'm just trying to feel this kit out.

    Witch takes all the candy

Figures a witch and her two kids or siblings would take all the candy... Her shiny nice watch tells me it's the parent. Don't kill me. Obviously the camera is too high and useless. I set this cam here as a temp halloween camera. It's usually further down the deck getting an "Overall Coverage"...

Cabinet Installed for large home install, Plus prewire pics

The TV box's will all be "wireless" and there won't be cinema type audio in every bedroom. There's a theater room for that. Still, we ran stuff to every port in case it wasn't wireless. If the multiple ports arent enough, theres always the conduit already there in case it ever needed another...

Cabinet Installed for large home install, Plus prewire pics

TN, I hate the soft ducts. I replaced mine with hard ducts in my own home. Edit: What makes you say that? I only ask because I find it interesting how different parts of the country do things differently. I'm genuinely curious what makes it obvious the havac is in a southern state. Apparently...

My Costcos newest lorex IP kit with 2 way audio

Trying to get an idea if these are any value for a buddy. I like the extra slots to put some 2mp starlights in with maybe 6mm lenses for infront of his driveway focused on his truck door but Ive seen other systems same price with 16ch much more flexibility.

Hell that does look like tape. Lol Must have not had the rubber trim you linked, it's not done yet.

Absolutely, that box has an outlet in the bottom of it on it's own single breaker in the box for powering the swinging cabinet which in turn will power all of the equipment that will eventually go inside. The electrician hadn't done that yet in the photo. Photos are randomly timed. First photo...

Cabinet Installed for large home install, Plus prewire pics

Relief loop and everything is up top. It's a huge attic. Your not looking at the top in the photos. That's not a hole on the wall.... it's a box. The box is in the very first photo... lol There was nothing else fitting in between those studs so no, its plenty fine. Anything else would require a...

My Costcos newest lorex IP kit with 2 way audio

I thought this was the best subforum, let me know if it's not. Not condoning or anything, just figured I'd let you know I saw my local costco release a new lorex kit that I hadn't seen before with cameras I hadn't seen before either. All Cameras have 2 way Audio, and a little motion light that...

Cabinet Installed for large home install, Plus prewire pics

I know this isn't strictly cctv stuff. If that's ANY issue let me know, we did 7 ip cams in this post. Hey guys, this is a nicer house we've been prewiring and thought you guys might get a kick out of some of the IP related stuff and work during construction. We did all the low voltage in...

    Robbery Up The Street Today

We know it's just cars running up and down a street, but we're nerds here. lol We still are interested in the camera, and how it's performing given it's specific situation be it the install, the software etc... lol Nice to be able to help out the neighborhood. Hopefully they get a lead. I'm...

Looking at a best value dual camera. Dashcamtalk.com is a good place for reviews.

    One cam, two spots?

I completely forgot about that camera, it sure would work. 2 would be better but yup.

    One cam, two spots?

I feel like 2 cameras would be much easier than running conduit underground to the corner of that fence and messing with that. I also say that with experience. Trenched 500ft to a front gate, and another 350ft to a back gate on a 6 acre property. Obviously your fence is within ip poe maximums...
