Best Video editor software?
I don't do much editing but when I do I use an old version of Movavi Video Editor, (14.5.0). It is not free but my old version still works for me.- bob2701

Huisun style bullet camera
Has anyone found a current vendor for the Huisun style camera? I know Jennov has one on Amazon but it has issues, zoom level is not saved in presets and all 4 IR lamps are on all the time providing a horrible picture at zoom level 1. -

PTZ preset labels not saving.
No place to label the presets in the camera. If I label them in the PTZ settings for camera under the “Edit presets “ it won’t remember the settings. Can’t find anywhere to save. First time into the setting of the mobile app they are there but next time just the numbers. This has changed in one... -

As I said before, not sure what changed but I have never set them in the camera, always in the app. Has been working fine for a couple of years. I’ll look into naming them in the camera. -

I'm not sure when this started but my preset labels on my PTZ camera are now just numbers. If I change them to indicate what they are they seem ok but the next time I use the app they are back to numbers. I don't see any way to save them and they always worked in the past. Anyone have any ideas? -

I reverted back to 201106 over a month ago and not a single drop out in BI. Of course the app tells me it is offline. :banghead: I need to find some time to reset it again and see what's going on. At least it is rock solid in BI. -

Apparently the Ezviz app does not like it when you go back to an older release. I had to use the Batch program to default the doorbell before it would work at all with the app. It kept going up to 90% of the setup and then quitting saying there was a problem but without specifics. Finally got it... -

@David L Dropped back to 201106 and for the last 30 minutes no drop outs. I need to redo the Ezviz app but I'll wait to tomorrow to to make sure all is well on the BI side. Thanks for the help, Bob -

I may end up going back to an earlier firmware like @David L suggests. Spent about 45 minutes today watching 2 screens, one with BI and the other running the Batch program in view mode watching the Doorbell. Every 10 minutes (or so) it would drop out of BI but stay running in the Batch program... -

No problem with the bell or any operation, just randomly BI loses the signal for 30 seconds. I watched it a bit the other day and in a 5 minute interval it dropped 3 times then no drops for the next 15 minutes. Only since the new upload. -

I have not been on for a while now but I have to say that since the last update to 5.3.0 / 211011 on my DB1C the signal drops to BI and 30 seconds later reconnects. As of now I don't know the frequency of the drop outs but they are quite often. -

On mine the verification code (password) was on the front of the doorbell behind the cover as well as on the cover of the instructions. Above the QR code and below the serial number. -
