Is CCA cable really that bad? Should I rip it out?

I just didn't know any difference before I installed it. And I could barely walk for a couple of days afterwards. "Old" people with back problems shouldn't be crawling around in attics.

Is CCA cable really that bad? Should I rip it out?

Money was irrelevant, I didn't know the difference, which is one reason I asked the original poster, who also did not know the difference, and for whoever said I should know about forum rules considering that he checked my age, he should also know why I don't want to crawl around in my attic...

Great unfortunately you are still unable to answer a question about what someone else decided to do.

You are not the person that I asked the question to, and are therefore unable to answer, unless you happen to know if the original poster is still using the cable.

Well it's been a while, are you still using the CCA cable? I just wore myself out running this stuff and now find out about the problems with it. I really don't want to redo this job. If is has really lasted 15-20 years for you then that would be fine for me.
