I just googled this question and found this thread. Lucky me its from today. I can get live audio to play on my headless HP Elitedesk running BI, I can get audio to play from recorded video over RDP, but I cant figure out how to get it to play over UI3 in Chrome or Edge. what am I doing wrong? -

Any one use Free (unlicensed) Windows 10 w/ Blue Iris?
I've bought probably ten $5 Windows keys off eBay... I've never had an issue. I just look for sellers in Europe with high feedback score. Some times you have to install windows disconnected from the internet then install the key at the end after windows is installed, then connect to internet.- whoami ™

Calling a script from within a script is not something I usually do, but from what I can tell through testing it doesn't seem to matter whether I source /mnt/disc1/set_time or not from inside dhcp.script, it uses the variables consistently... -

I might be wrong about this, but it appears to me you can install the patched FW without the app by powering on the device with the SD card inserted with the npcupg.bin file on it and holding down the reset button on the back of the device for about 30 seconds then letting it run for a few mins. -

Which HDDs/SSDs are being used for BI machine in 2021
WD Purple for video and Samsung 970 EVO Plus or Pro NVMe M.2 SSD for OS, I'd shoot for a 500GB M.2, but would advise buying the biggest WD Purple you can find. I have a 8TB purple and wish I had bought something bigger. If you can buy more than one disk for video and have a NAS, I would buy a 6...- whoami ™

Getting started in the ipCam world
Don't waist your money on a Nvidia GT-1030, your better off with the Nvidia Quadro P400 because they're cheaper. The limiting factor will be memory, you'll never push the cores to 100% with this kind of workload. The GT-1030 and P400 both have 2gb of memory so they will equally work the same for...- whoami ™
