One more thing, Pretti had a license to carry but only if he had the paperwork with him stating so. NO such paperwork was found, and he had no ID on him. So, it turns out that at this time, Pretti was illegally carrying the firearm. -

When you have a license to carry a firearm that comes with responsibilities. Carrying a firearm to an anti-ICE protest and then physically interfering with the ICE agents in process of apprehending an Illegal Alien is extremely irresponsible. He paid for it with his life.
