    Another fun aspect of all this is my recordings and camera layouts are gone. DB is still there with jpg but no recording. Tried importing settings backup from last week and it puts me back in demo mode asking for license key.

    An hour after I purchased the renewal from send owl my bank dinged that I was charged $34.99 for blue iris renewal. No email ahead of time, no confirmation email and no change in the app still says expired. So now I've been charged twice, $49.99 and $34.99, and a still have a demo blue iris.

    One cam showing substream instead of full when selected from BI console

    I had a camera do the same thing. If you right click on the camera for the menu there's a selection for "main stream when solo/full screen". I kept overlooking the arrow down button in the menu so I couldn't find it for the life of me. Then I was like oh, I'm a dumdum.
