My first thoughts on version 6
After 24 hours the CPU usage has settled down to around 7-9% so I'm pleased with that. Have noticed a lot more false positives though compared to Yolov5 6.2. Always had them with one camera as it is located near a central heating vent so impacted by vapour but now two more cameras are produing...- heyho

Th The only reason I went to YoloV8 was because 5 6.2 started coming back with loads of errors ( I do suspect it might have coincided with and upgrade to CudNN. Classic example of what frustrates me about CP.AI. 5 hours worth of Yolov8 and a car is a car, a person is a person etc etc. So i installed Yolov11 and switched Yolov8 off. Decided not to be lazy and do a fresh Windows install so I: - fully uninstalled CodeProject and all its directories - uninstalled CUDA, CuDNN and NVIDIA drivers - did a CCleaner type clean up - reinstalled NVIDIA drivers only - reinstalled CodeProject - manually installed YoloV8...- heyho

Thanks for your response and reassurance. I like Codeproject.AI and dont want to end with it. The downloads are now available for 2.8 (I was on 2.6.5) so I have just manually installed it and all seems fine in conjunction with Blue iris (I use YOLOv8) A few observations: BlueIris does not now... -

Given the recent events within the Codeproject camp should we be looking at uninstalling CodeProject from BlueIris (and if so does anyone have an good uninstgall guide) and moving to DeepStack? Or is patience a virtue and we can start seeing downloads and updates available for Codeproject soon? -

When a moth flew by and triggered a car alert also in the picture highlighted was a wall light. Except it had classified it as a toilet LOL -

What I find happens when I analyse an alert is that it highlights a fixed car for example (and shows that outlined in an orange border) but if say a moth flies by (which it doesn't classify) and flies over the sight of the car object then the alert gets triggered and comes back as a car. Is... -
