Hello, Good day!

I would like to ask if what's the reason why some of my IP dome camera went grayscale in daylight but its working properly in evening, when I did not apply any changes and I double triple checked everything in settings. I've already changed the cable and clean the dust in the camera as well.

So many reasons to sort out.
Security of your system ( was it hacked)
Any chance lightning happened nearby and got into the wires?
or has anyone else "gotten in" to the camera settings?

It is impossible to get hacked since I completely disconnected it from the internet after setting up the NVR (Network Video Recorder), so it is running on LAN-based settings, which means it operates on a local area network without internet access. In terms of lightning strikes, I'm not sure about the risk since the cable wires are on the ceiling and not exposed. Previously, it was working properly, and right now 2/10 cameras are acting this way.

Under the illumination settings for the camera, it probably got set to "Night" mode. This would turn on the lighting on the camera so if this camera has IR then it would flip the IR filter to account for it so your image would be in black and white. Usually it would be on auto so it would switch the IR (and flip the IR filter) so it would be in color during the day and black and white at night. If set to "day" mode then it won't switch the IR on at night meaning no illumination so probably a pitch black image.
