PTZ Camera setup nightmare...

How the longevity on these EmpireTech Starlight 4MP 25x 1/2.8" CMOS IR Smart PTZ Cameras that people are experiencing? I’ve bought 11 in April and May of 2025. Three diff of Amazon and the remaining balance from the EmpireTech store directly. I’ve had two camera fail. Sent one back and it couldn’t be repaired and I’ve just had another drop offline. It’s only been a couple of days, but no response to my inquiries. Website says 2 year warranty. Are my two just flukes or are others seeing failures? What other comparable cameras are people seeing? I love these when they are working, but for the money, I expect better performance in terms of longevity or customer support for fixes/replacements. Thoughts?

I’d have to look it up but mines been going about 4 years just fine
