Hi all
Looking for a camera w/audio output that I can connect directly to a TV with audio output.
Any suggestions?

Thank you

Do you mean a TV with audio INput, not output"?

Do you intend to display the camera's video on that same TV? If so, what's the plan?

Stream from a IP camera to a Smart TV that is on your LAN?

Or display camera directly via HDMI cable or composite video (analog) cable?

Sorry my use case is for a Church, they want the service to be able to be viewed and heard in the children's care section as well
I still have questions in order to provide a reasonably helpful reply:

1) What is the distance from the camera to the TV in the children's care section?
2) Can cable of any type be installed from the camera to the TV in the children's care section?
3) What kind of inputs does the TV in the children's care section have?
4) Is the TV a "Smart TV" with Internet capability (Ethernet and/or Wi-Fi) ? What is the make/model?
5) Do you have a budget?

I would buy a 4MP Dahua-OEM'ed Varifocal network camera with a 1/1.8" sensor and built-in mic such as this EmpireTech IPC-T54IR-ZE from @EMPIRETECANDY
Run CAT-6, 23 gauge, pure solid copper (no CCA), CMR (Riser) jacketed, Ethernet cable from camera to nursery
Back at the TV, power the camera with a POE injector that is UL-listed, grounded and wall mountable
At POE injector, plug camera into "POE", TV into "LAN".
Log into TV and assign static IP of TV of 192.168.1.200, camera should be already defaulted to IP of 192.168.1.108
A Fire TV should have a Silk browser onboard to play a RTSP stream from the camera. VLC for Fire should also work but is more complicated.
Create a shortcut (favorite) in browser to rtsp:/camera-username:camera-password@192.168.1.108:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0

NOTE:
put 2 "/" after "RTSP:" as forum won't display 2 consecutively here.

EDIT: Corrected IP's and references to TV and camera.

Tony's solution is cheaper than to buy a HDMI Camera, the HDMI camera as i know have 2 models, but no one keep stocks, They are bit old ones 1/2.9cmos compare to the IPC-T54IR-ZE 1/1.8CMOS model.

I have a different version of the Dahua camera, And tried what you suggested It will connect using VLC(with the correct RSTP URL) but it will not connect with a browser unless I log into the actual IP address each time, what I need is for it just to connect when turned on.
going to try this( ) from Amazon
