I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Dahua PTZ PoE camera which no longer has any network connectivity.

Description of the issue
The camera powers on correctly:- The motor runs and performs calibration
- Infrared LEDs turn on
- The camera powers up both via PoE (RJ45) and with a separate power supply
- It does not obtain an IP address
- It is not detected by Dahua ConfigTool
- Ping does not respond
- The web interface is not accessible
Tests already performed
- Factory reset (multiple times)
- Direct connection to a laptop (no switch or router)
- Tested with several different Ethernet cables
- Tested with and without static IP configuration
- Tested using Dahua ConfigTool
- Re-terminated the RJ45 connector (cut and crimped a new one)
- Tested both PoE power and external power supply
Additional information
- Firmware was updated via the web interface about one year ago, and the camera worked normally afterward.
- There is no burning smell and no visible damage.
- Ethernet port LEDs (green and yellow) are lit when connected.
- The camera was purchased new, in its original packaging.
- It was previously connected using a PoE RJ45 extension cable to a switch and a NAS server.
