can we identify model without software ?

I have an online seller selling this PTX but he doesnt know the model number and he is not keen to dissasemble the mount to look for label. so anyone know what model number is it or any info ?

yes ideally it would be so, unforunately the seller isnt keen on that or doesnt know how to do so
 
If he isn't willing to even turn it on for you to confirm it actually works, I would question the purchase unless you are getting it for like $25.

That thing looks pretty abused and may have reached the PTZ limit or something else.
