Got to the article itself-- it says those docs are back up on the DOJ website. The documents are apparently related to "tips" that were sent to the DOJ, and amount to unsubstantiated accusations from 1984. That is a long time to wait to say anything, and anyone could literally say "something happened 42 years ago".....

Some theorize that she is involved because there is a potential foreign intelligence influence involved or implicated in the evidence seized...

Is this video talking about a different California bill? I can't find any resemblance between what the video says about the bill, and what the bill says.

The video says that the bill will add a 6 to 9 cent per mile tax and require realtime tracking of vehicles.
The bill text says it extends the expiration date of a committee looking into a mileage tax. That's all it does.

I'm not supporting what California is doing, just saying that this video is close to 100% fiction in what it says about AB 1421. Read it yourself and explain how the video is correct.
