Can't wait for the NY subway to be free !! Gonna get even better that way
Yep....mobile WWE but with no referee!

Hey, Mamdani can sell tickets to help shore up NYC's budget shortfall!

The condition on the NYC Subway is an absolute embarrassment for the face of humanity (ITS NOT NORMAL); the hygiene overall is even worse than the slums belonging to some of the most populated cities in the world like Karachi, Mumbai, Dhaka - yet New York City proudly lists their subway system as one of the most complex, sophisticated metro systems when in fact it is absolutely misleading and it exhibits humanity's decline with zero respect for the millions of riders that depend and ride the damn subway everyday. Just wait until you see the conditions under Madison Square Garden. City and government officials representing New York City and New York State ought to be ashamed of themselves and need to seek psychiatric evaluation FAST URGENTLY - perhaps have them get a taste of the Dark Side of the M00N.

Easier to build than maintain...

One of the problems in USA cities is that folks park on the street blocking the plows. IN those other countries, you are not allowed to park there when the removal is going on.

Here's the Twist: There was no TIP intended
I'm infuriated by all of the online sites and in-store checkouts automatically adding a tip, often defaulting to 20% or more. If you don't carefully read all of the individual items you might be paying a lot more than you intended. It's as bad as trying to buy something from amazon without accidentally signing up for prime.

worse .. in some places they add the 20% 30% tip on top of the total ( food AND TAX ) ..

Some US States the tax on restaurant service is up go 10% .. so a 20% tip on top of that is an additional 2% .. adds up super quickly

Excerpt from Wikipedia:

Lobbying and campaign contributions
Aetna spent more than $2.0 million in 2009 on lobbying. The company spent $809,793 between January 2009 and the end of March 2009—up 41 percent from the same period in 2008. Aetna's campaign contributions include more than $110,000 (~$155,858 in 2024) to US Senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT) in 2009. From 2005 through 2009, Aetna contributed $56,250 to Senator Max Baucus (D-MT), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, making Aetna the senator's seventh highest contributor over that time period.
Anyone here have any doubts that this procedure is not still happening today? :wtf:
