Add a power outage and it's time to grab a book...I just go to my 4K UHD Blu-ray library and watch a movie and get reminded how crappy streaming services are in comparison.

Yup. Has all that stuff. Peplink is enterprise level if you want to spend the money and go through a distributor for end level support. They have some expensive high end kit. I just buy from their Amazon store as I’ve been using them for years.
I have three sites tied together with three Balance 20Xs on VPN so I can see cameras from all sites at any time.
