Can't record over 5 days

Hi
I want to increase the storage duration for my recordings to 10 days. I have entered 10 into the limited clip age section, but the clips are still being deleted after 5 days. I have plenty of space on the hard drive to do this. Any ideas?

Storage configuration

I have a new security system with a 4 terabyte HHD and a 256 gigabyte M.2 SSD. What would be the best storage configuration for this setup? Can I keep the OS and BI together on the M.2 and use the HDD for both new and stored footage or CAN and should I keep new footage on the M.2? Any help...

Why not assign the amount of your drive that you wish to use and uncheck the "Limit clip age" box
The example attached allocates 8 TB which is 80% of my 10 TB drive. Select DELETE as there is no need to move to another location.

How about providing a screen capture of your current storage configuration just in case you are not seeing something that we might?
