Need Help: PTZ 5x Zoom (C6F0SoZ3N0PgL2) generic cam, stuck in Setup Loop

Hi everyone,

I have a PTZ camera with 5x Optical Zoom (Board BT-HD20M25) that I'm trying to bring back online.

Current State
  • Initialization: After power-up or hardware reset, it performs a full PTZ self-test (Pan/Tilt/Zoom move fine).
  • The Loop: After the calibration, it doesn't stabilize. Instead, the IR-cut shutter clicks and the white LEDs flash repeatedly every 20 seconds.
  • Network: It responds to Pings on its default IP, but all standard ports (80, 554, 34567) are closed.
  • Device ID: C6F0SoZ3N0PgL2
Hardware Info
  • MCU: Nuvoton N76E003AT20
  • Board model: BT-HD20M25 (191230)
  • Power management: FR9888 Buck Converter
  • Motor Control: ULN2803G Darlington Array
  • EEPROM: ATMLH950
  • Audio: TC8002D Amplifier
  • Exposed Pads: RST, GND, CDS, 5V, DAT, CLK.
Any advice on the correct App or CMS for this specific ID would be great.
