Convert rtsp to jpeg for 2N intercom

Hello

I have a problem with the camera streams. First of all, the main stream (Full HD) runs perfectly.
But now I want to supply a 2N intercom with a video stream. Our 2N IP Verso does not have a camera module, so I have to use the external one. 2N wants a stream in mjpeg and max. 640x480. My Dahua only delivers 320x288, 704x5xx and 1280x720 as a substream. The only stream that works is the 320, but then it looks accordingly and you can't recognize anything.
I now need a solution to offer a stream with a resolution of 640x480 in mjpeg. Are there any Docker solutions?

I would love to do so but I don’t have these resolution.

I've read that you can use VLC to convert RTSP to MJPEG. I haven't done it but I've seen some articles where ActionTiles users have done so.
 
perhaps dont try to add the rtsp stream to external intercom unit, but instead add the stream to internal units like indoor touch 2 or indoor view etc.. the indoor units supports more resolutions
