We use to have 3 to 4 friends/teenagers on the hood of our cars at drive-in theaters, Zero Dents, just lean up against a new car these days...
Yes, but those cars weighed a lot more then and only got 8-10mpg, but it did not matter since gas was only 10-12 cents a gallon.

True and even without air bags I felt safer in them than these new vehicles...but I could be wrong there. Also, a hood only cost a hundred dollars if you dented it, not a couple of thousand like today. 20 mile an hour wreck will almost total a car now adays.
 
What is it with Astroglide being on sale this time of year?
