How are we supposed to get support if their email box is full?

What the title says...

I have a memory leak issue after upgrading to 5.9.9.98 and basically my CCTV system has been inoperable for the last 2 weeks.
I've tried to email their support a few times, but it just keeps saying their email box is full.

Now what?

Thanks again. Unfortunately I tried that as well. I do not have permissions there to send mail. I also do not have permission to post my issue.
I see...sorry about that.

I can't post a PM either because "...We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature."

Hmmm. I joined over 6 years ago but admitedly have not participated a lot , mainly because IPCT is my go-to forum regarding Blue Iris. Gee, I wonder why...a forum that won't let you post a PM after you join, at least after a reasonable time frame, doesn't deserve knowledgeable and helpful people to participate....apparently they know it all and have all the answers.

As above. Just start posting in some forums. Once you reach the minimum number of posts (usually 10 or less) the options will be open to you. I didn't know it timed out after some time Tony. I post infrequently probaly once a year, but still have permission. Maybe just frequently enough to keep it open.

I hear you.

But for me at this time, it's just as well I that I can't post more....my wife's vision has deteriorated so quickly since late last year (macular degeneration) that I stay close to help her with reading mail, doing her computer bill-paying, cooking (getting the right cans, spices, etc. out of the panty, measuring and such), picking matching socks or color coordinated clothing.

What little time I have now I'm running errands, taking her (and me!) to doctor, 3 dogs to vet or groomer (wife and the dang dogs can't drive) so IPCT is pretty much my only forum that I participate in.

No complaints, that's just the way it is these days.

Not sure how you are emailing support, but I sent them several emails today and they responded to all of them, sometimes within minutes. I think the longest i had to wait for a response was an hour.

Roll back a few versions, and turn off automatic updates, and stay with your last known stable version.
I ran 5.4.x.x for a long time...before messing with newer versions.
Early BI boxes of mine suffered from hardware issues ( probably the intel graphics driver mem leak)

Sometimes I choose to download a version that was working fine, when I try to move up to another version.
looking in my Blue Iris 5 folder i see some .exe's that i could revert back to if need be.

Sorry to hear that. I've started taking Lutein supplements because some distant relatives have MD. It's supposed to help. Probably too late when you have it but I don't see that it can hurt (check with your MD 1st).

No affiliate or recommendation:

From that manufacturer:

What Is Lutein?

Lutein is a naturally occurring carotenoid, a type of plant pigment, that belongs to the same family as beta-carotene and vitamin A. It is known for its yellow to orange color and is found in various fruits, vegetables, and plants. Lutein can also be found in our bodies, where it is highly concentrated in the macula, a part of the retina in the eye. Lutein is also available as a dietary supplement, often in combination with zeaxanthin, another carotenoid.

I take the Bilberry ones because I also take a multivitamin. The Visionace are similar but have added vitamins specifically for eye care.
