Once you have a valid license, BI isn't keeping track of where it was purchased, so once you are on V5 with an active plan, you can upgrade just like anyone else for the period your license is active.
That will work for Blue Iris 6. The title and picture are just out of date. The transition to Blue Iris 6 is seamless as far as licensing goes. You get to install any version released before the end of your "maintenance plan," and for a new license the maintenance plan ends 1 year after activation. Even after your maintenance plan expires, your license to run the software is perpetual meaning you can continue running it as long as you want. You can even move the license to a new machine if you upgrade hardware. You just can't install updates that were released after the expiration of your maintenance plan, unless you renew.
