Anyone have any experience with this product? I'm getting tired of dicking around with my WiFi motion sensor floodlight that doesn't seem to stay connected to my network. Was thinking about going with a dumb floodlight connected to a Shelly WiFi switch then using some form of ITTT with my SmartThings setup which is tied to Alexa et al. Have spent way too much time reconnecting that damn WiFi motion sensor flood light. Not sure why it always drops but have read similar complaints about it. Probably has a shitty WiFi implementation.

Close, but not that exact product: I have the older Zooz z-wave version (purchased January of 2020, no longer made apparently), connected to a Hubitat. Solid product for my purposes, still working, controls my front entry floodlight (and other lighting) by switching on an Innovelli Z-Wave dimmer switch through the Hubitat.
Similar application, slightly different implementation.

I think I'll give it a go. Just waiting on a Cyber Monday deal. These things are pricey.

You probably know this, but as a reminder to others; like any PIR motion detector, it is far more sensitive to motion "across" (perpendicular) to the field of view, rather than "head on" or parallel. Try to choose the mounting location with that in mind.

I set up the new system using a "dumb" cheap LED floodlight, a Shelly switch and the Zooz motion sensor. So far so good. Seems to work out great compared to "smart" WiFi floodlight I had before which would never stay connected to WiFi and oftentimes the motion sensor was unpredictable. I bought two of the Zooz motion sensors to make sure I have enough coverage in the backyard if needed but for now just have one installed.

Using the same SmartThings hub which has been running for over 10 years. In case anyone is curious what parts:

Shelly 1PM Mini - two pack ($28.85 black friday)
Zooz ZSE70 - two pack ($49.60 black friday)
Onforu 80w LED floodlight - $26.98

I have the Dahua wireless motion camera spotlight in my driveway.
Previous was a high lumen 110vac LED motion light that I required for past security events to light up the neighborhood, enough to blind my neighbors at 3am :)
Wanted a lower lumen motion light, so bought the Dahua one with internal wireless camera.
It is no 1/1.8" sensor full blown AI $300 camera, but for a floodlight camera and wireless... it's actually not shabby.
The light output is perfect for driveway applications. bright but not too bright.
Never had WiFi issues with it as of yet.
