Did you send the message using the information from BI pasted into the email, if not it likely will not get past the spam filters!

I get a response. They couldn't find a solution on why the BI software wouldn't work. Or why the mainstream selection SecondStreamProfile did not appear correctly.
They suggested this forum. I guess renewing/EXT support is not helpful. I loved this software for years - maybe I outgrew it.

Or maybe you are using a cheap camera that isn't truly ONVIF compliant....

True. It is always the consumer's fault for not spending enough. I have purchased many cameras from the "good suppliers" that have failed. Rebranded Chinese cameras are still Chinese cameras.
