record and playback is around 1fps, how to fix?

i have one camera, color 4kt-180 on a NVR5216-16P-4KS2E that records and plays back at 1fps and i cant workout why, it shows fine on the monitor in real time, all the settings seem ok. all other cameras are just normal color 4kt cameras and work fine.
how to fix? been like this since i put the cameras on.

There may be a maximum limit you've reached on the features/functions of the NVR hardware.
Try reducing the FPS on a couple other cameras to like 10. and/or try choosing a lower resolution where you can afford to. ( like 1080P or something)
See if the problem goes away.
The NVR is not as robust as a full fledged computer, so they limit how many cameras can do what...ie... playback at 4k could be limited to X number of cams simultaneously essentially a bandwidth issue.
