Hi - for the past 10 days I've noticed a suspicious car that slows down in our area, in some cases even stops in front of the house for a moment then circles out. In one case they lowered their window as well where the PTZ I have captured them.
I have a feeling they have come by again but my LPR setup was in experimentation so those days may have been blurry, but I have three sets of footage available now and it does seem very suspicious.
I don't know if there is a service that clear up some of the blurriness or do I just contact local police to report suspicious car. I can upload the video here as well to get further insights or assistance if that helps.
Lastly, I do have a front lawn with trees, I was thinking of possibly running a cable there to hide a camera between the trees for clearer video at night.
