Cannot Connect to a Reolink RLC-520A. Why ?

I have a brand new Reolink RLC-520A
1 It is visible on the router.
2 SADP does not recognise it
3 I cannot connect to it via the browser
4 The other two cameras on that POE hub are visible on SADP and the browser.
5 If I replace the Reolink with an Anke camera, it is immediately visible on SADP and in the browser, using the same network cable.
6 I've also tried a different network cable.
7 I've tried the reset button on the Reolink.

Any ideas what's wrong ?

No the Reolink has it's own unique IP address, or rather the last 3 digits are unique, as is normal.

I have just discovered the APP and the QR code. The camera image is visible over the app. This is no good to me.
I need it visible over the LAN network, just like my 2 older Reolink cameras and the Anke camera. I can't see anything in settings that might need changing to make it visible. In fact obviously the signal has to get from the camera to the router via the LAN cable, since it's a POE cam with no wifi.

Yet neither the browser or SADP recognise it. And as already stated, if I just plug an Anke camera in on the same LAN cable, it is immediately recognised.

Update: Well, within the IP menu on the APP, it seems I need to turn on HTTP, HTTPS and various other options. Then I can view it from my PC. But it's STILL not doing everything the older Reolink cameras did straight out of the box with none of the messing around with the app. [That's the older Reolink cameras which look exactly the same in most respects & just worked out of the box]
