Excessive Network Usage?

I am running Blue Iris, latest edition, CPAI, latest edition, Object Detect Yolo5.NET, License Plate Detect Yolo11.
4x 4k Reolink Cameras
2x 2k Reolink Cameras
Everything runs fine, but I was trying to sort out some disk usage problems on another part of my system and noticed what seems like excessive network usage:

This is Network usage, BlueIris sending everything to CPAI, CPAI is sending everything to ObjectDetection.

Do I have something configured wrong that everything is routing through my network stack? I know this is all going through 127.0.0.1 so it's not actually network traffic.

Is this normal/expected? Am I going run into a bandwidth limitation on the 1gbps card? Even though I'm only receiving 7mbps of footage, it's getting multiplied to 37.5mbps of traffic.

Or am I doing way too much object detection on 6 cameras?

Initial search shows it might be an open source binary newsreader

Can you determine the install location of the exe file?

I'm not talking about SABnazbd, I know what that is, that's my media manager.

I'm talking about Blue Iris routing it's traffic through the network to CPAI and then CPAI also routing its traffic through the network to ObjectDetector.

Is there a setting I'm missing to make it all process locally? Or this is fine it won't cause any problems and don't worry about it.

Oops... I was following the (non bouncing) blue highlight bar...

Post is only 40 minutes old... others will, no doubt, be along soon enough to provide insight

The more I look at it the less I think it matters, my total usage is spiking to 1200mbps already on the connection so I don't think it's going to get limited at 1000mbps.

At this point I'm more interested in if people think this is excessive or normal usage because I feel like that much disk traffic is either going to bottleneck or wear out something.
