Hello,
I have some TP-Link Tapo C310 IP cameras that I can view correctly using VLAN (RTSP protocol) or with other programs using the ONVIF protocol, but I am unable to view them with a Dahua VTH2621GW-P; using the same parameters, the device shows as offline.
What could be the issue?
Thank you.

Is it safe to assume that the VTH and the Tapo are on the same subnet?

What is the RTSP URL that works with VLC but not with the VTH?

Is it one the following?

Code:
rtsp:/Camera-IP:554/stream1

or

rtsp:/Camera-IP:554/stream2

Of course, there should be 2 "/" after "RTSP:", as forum software will not allow 2 to be displayed consecutively.

Yes, TAPO, PC with VLC and VTH are on the same subnet.
Both URLs work fine in VLC, but on the VTH I tried every possible combination of settings: IP, port (554 or 2020), stream type (main or sub), device type (IPC or NVR), protocol (local or ONVIF), and the username and password.
