Dahua DMSS HD Cant Log In

This has been working for over a year on my Samsung tablet. After the Samsung tablet update it no longer works. I have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled the app from the Play Store but I cant get past the login (operation failed)

An ideas?

I can no longer log in or even change my password using the option to do it. It still works fine on my phone but not my tablet.

Is this the DMSS account login or logging into an NVR/Camera device?

I logged in today and it worked. Whatever the problem was it looks like Dahua fixed it on their end. Looking back it stopped working just after Samsung updated the software on my tablet.

Sounds like a Samsung/user problem not a Dahua problem
