I wonder if that thing spins like a turret on a tank?
It's fixed. They're pointed at balconies at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas. It looks like each one has an IR blaster on it as well.
The cameras are not on a turret, but the cannon is 
I guess that rules out screwing around on the balconies then, doesn't it?

Getting comfortable
Several months ago a woman west of me was complaining that my cameras are spying on people. Since then I've turned her in for two code violations and none of my cameras record anything at her house.

I think they were just impressed by the cameras.

The camera is very obvious.... sadly.
I wish I had a better location for my ANPR camera.
Above the ANPR camera is a black 8mp TiOC camera which recorded the video I shared.
This is the only photo I can find showing both cameras. This is when I spray painted the ANPR camera black.... while it was still capturing licence plates. No missed detections!
The ANPR camera is great for close-up of faces during the daylight.
The lady with long hair has a shirt saying "Sexy Style".

Parley did a great job of Camouflage his cameras on the tree in one of the old thread. Maybe you can try to do the same if you don't want the LPR camera to look too conspicuous to the people walking pass-by.Good to know. Thankyou!
