So has been a while, my son was able to locate the normal base. Now i remember the main reason I transplanted the camera. Couple years ago when I went to replace failing MicroSD card 2 of the 3 screws came loose, I had to break the 3rd one from the base and doing so made it not very water tight. So I added it to one of my transplant projects. You can see where I broke out the wiring. Because of type of sealer they used I cut all wires at the epoxy point, seeing couldn't get it to come out without damage, then getting rest of wires out, I repaired them for POE and 12-24v if I was ever in need to test on normal voltage. As stated before not needing alarm, audio or analog output i left them. Plus if ever need analog testing I have more then my share of spot cords that you get with a good few cameras I own. Have many different repair connectors from Dupont JST and others. Or could just solder the repair and have plenty shrink tubing.
I know not everyone has these things and doing a transplant isn't for everyone. But I am very active in doing my own repairs.
At least this isn't the worst of them lol. Have one that i used at least 2 black glue sticks to mount the camera. Really should buy a 3d printer lol
