Ok got it, BI is sort of beat the NVR.
What about the recommendation for computer? Space?
It’s need some monitor to control it? Or can connect to power and Ethernet and put it far from me?

No it is not. It will have problems and many threads here that started out as troubleshooting ends up being because a NUC or mini can't keep up.
An 8th gen SFF isn't much larger than an NVR, but is way more powerful.

What do you say about BlueIris vs Synology Surveillance Station?
I want to also design for me a NAS, and thought maybe "connect" both applications (NAS and camera storage) instead of maintain 2 computers.

I have no experience with Surveillance Station, so not fair for me to pick a side.

I saw their licenses prices, yes, it's quite high, for 8 licenses it's can be $400-$500,If you plan on having very many cams with Synology, take your wallet
Synology NAS comes with two Cam license unless there has been a recent change, then you pay for additional licenses.
I gonna use Xpenology, it's the Synology software on my hardware, so I don't know if it's comes with 2 free licenses (I still need to check it),
But if I will run BlueIris, I also need some machine/computer that will cost me $X, then the BlueIris costs also money, first time, then each year for maintenance/updates etc.
I don't know how the Synology Surveillance Station vs BlueIris in the side of capabilities, but I prefer to build, run and maintain only 1 machine (for example NAS with Xpenology) instead of 2.

Bugs fixes, security, etc.
And what about the HDD, also costs money, no? (where in the NAS I already have them)
You will find the latest updates of stuff in this surveillance system world usually breaks things.
A common theme here is don't fix what ain't broke. Many times an update breaks something or removes a feature you are using. We have threads every week demonstrating this when someone updates and bricks or loses functionality.
Many of us find a stable update that works for us and leave it alone and only update when they add a feature we need or want.
The BI updates are providing new tools and features and are not addressing security vulnerabilities...the last update notes that mentioned security was version 5.2.5 - April 9, 2020

I guess see what it costs to stay in Synology world versus buying stuff for BI.

Many run an ssd for the os and blue iris and one wd purple hdd for the video.
The dell sff iirc only have enough space for one 3.5" hdd .. the Mt dell should be able to hold another hdd iirc.
Some noted the hp business class pc could hold 2 hdds .. so do double check as personally 2 hdds and one ssd for the os is what I would like for specs .. definitely get the largest hdd you can afford either way.

The hp elite desk small form factor computers have room for two hard drives, Plus an SSD.
