Stranger Takes an Orange

Yeah... that's not even the sidewalk anymore. This guy/thief is shamelessly bold to go into other people's property to steal the orange. You don't do that unless you are from the same family or friends of the owner and have permission to do so. That's very disrespectful even if he is a neighbor.
He is an inspector for the US Department of Agriculture and needed one for examination. You should receive a full report in the mail in 4-6 weeks.
Next time try to make it a little easier for him to collect samples.
Or place a wanted poster on the corner.
