I need to replace my DS-2CD2543G2-IWS 4mm. It is discontinued. I only found it on 123SecurityProducts. But they are not listed as an authorized Hikvsion reseller....

I can't speak to that store's current status with Hikvision, but the practical risk with a non-authorized seller is usually less about it being a scam and more about warranty and region. Hikvision generally won't honor warranty on units bought outside its authorized channel, and gray market units are sometimes Chinese-region models that won't take the English firmware, so trying to flash them can fail or brick the camera.
If you do order, check the label and the web UI as soon as it arrives. The model and serial should match a US/international unit and the language options should include English. If anything looks off, return it right away rather than trying to reflash it.
Also worth asking whether it's new old stock or a refurb, since discontinued G2 models often show up as open box.
