Mercedes SUV class! I have done it twice at least! He did not replace the tiny (matchbox size) 12volt at the same time. He'll be back!
Makes me think of that movie Falling Down with Michael Douglas where he gets so mad in the burger place because it didn't look like the picture on the menu.

Reminds me of the joke about the old guy who went to the doctor. A few days later the doctor sees the old guy on the street with a big smile on his face and a cute blond on his arm. The doc says "you look like you are doing well". The old guy says yes I followed your advice and the doc says what was that? The old guy says you told me to "be cheerful, get a hot mama". The doc says no! I told you "be careful, you got a heart murmur"!
