From what I can tell Palantir is in a unique niche and probably does not have many direct competitors at this time.

This podcast interview is worth watching about the recent Open AI agents Hugging Face incident.
The first 45 minutes alone are an eye-opener about where AI technology already is.

"This might be the clearest warning shot we ever get."

There is a high degree of technical competence in this forum, and I think at least some people here will find the above useful.

I choose not to pay a great deal of attention to AI. I don’t even use AI in IP cams, or in BI. When I search for stuff on the web, I would elect to use the non-AI version...

He’s also changing the spelling of Dumb to dum because he never knew there was a “b” at the end until recently
