LOL, you and me both. Similar situation, but I suspect that anything in that price range (in today's AI inflated values), won't be enough faster (if at all) for BI AI analysis vs. the added electricity costs.
Following, just in case I'm proven wrong.
Edit: Just, FYI, my roundtrip AI analysis times run about 200ms on the I5-8500 built-in graphics Intel 630. I'd love to improve on that significantly, but it works well enough most of the time that I haven't bothered investing in a discrete NVIDIA card.

Whether it was 200ms or 20ms, that really isn't enough time to make a difference to justify adding an inefficient GPU. Now if it were 5,000ms or more, then it starts to be an issue.
But a quarter of a second or less is faster than our reaction times LOL.
