Like I mentioned, I think we may be asking a lot of a $800 camera vs a $2000 camera as far as operational performance. If the $2000 camera you have/had was available early last year, I may have been able to justify the expense, since it didn't seem to be much larger than the $800 camera (I could be wrong on that though).you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, financial situations change and more than ever for the worse now, so I must make do with what I already have. Trading the PTZ for a few 5442s would be ideal, but seems everyone is holding onto what 5442s they have
