LPR filling up windows registry

I am assuming this is using the built-in AI of V6 because my version 5 with CodeProject isn't showing this.
 
Doesn't it have a retention period setting that auto deletes?

There's very little point saving plates beyond a month because if you haven't discovered a crime during that period, then it's unlikely you will. Otherwise all you're doing is starting a number plate collection.

I certainly have a retention problem with my mind and the stuff it auto deletes.
But yes, My folder would be chock full if I had a z12 on the job with a big image for AI to read.
I'd be dumping stuff monthly on a manual basis I suppose.
I'm sure there is an answer already out there, I just haven't dared mess with what i have working right now with my limited tinkering time.
just manually deleted about 300. left about 50 of the most recent. Although It hasn't updated a new plate since Aug 15th.
I'm sure it's my fault.
