A pickup truck driver and passenger dump tires below a neighbor's house. It was very dark at the time, but one of the cameras was still in color mode.

Update, tires are gone. Guy in a truck walked all the way to where tires were sitting, then walked out to the street and backed up a truck to the spot and loaded up the tires. Maybe the neighbor that lives at the end of the dirt road had them removed.
