Pea island was flooded and closed the day before, we had lucky timing
Met an old timer local last night, 85 and his wife and pooch. Wonderful couple.
He grew up here, his grandparents built the house they live in.
Got to talking about storms and evac from the island… looked at me like I had two heads, “son, you know how many locals have died from storms here since forever?

Dropped more than one hot dog in the sand last night, but I found saltwater rinse adds a nice flavor enhancement so all good!
Someone has to be feeding those guys. Looks like an infestation. Gators could have a few snacks

5442 still the best camera. Pity Dahua killed it and a pity newer cams haven't really advanced at all in PQ.

Is die IPC-HFW5442E-ZE ook nog geschikt voor LPR / ANPR werk om dat er maar brandpuntafstand van 2,7 mm–12 mm op zit

Not really unless you can place the camera within about 15-20 feet of the target. Camera would work but not enough zoom for most scenes
