If nonproliferation was the goal more would have been done to support the promises given to Ukraine when they gave up their nuclear weapons.

Now all Eastern European Nations wants Nukes ..

100% Iranian was going for Nukes
100% Israel is a target of the Islamic Regime

remember :

Civilian Power Reactors: Typically require 3–5% U-235.
Research/High-Assay Reactors: May use fuel enriched up to 20% U-235.
Nuclear Weapons: Require >90% U-235 (weapons-grade).
Natural Uranium: Contains 0.7% U-235; usable only in specific heavy-water or graphite-moderated designs.

Promises to Ukraine and Russia, it's a two way street.

But yes everyone one wants nuke, Belarus now has Russian nukes because Nato expanded further after 2022.
All the gulf countries that fall within greater Israel annexation map wants nukes.

South America and may be even Canada and EU want nukes, due to threats from USA(greenland).
