That is a classic "legacy hardware" puzzle. Since the Axis P5534 requires High PoE (IEEE 802.3at) to power both the camera and the PTZ motors, a "cheapo" PoE switch usually only provides 802.3af (15.4W), which isn't enough to move the motors. You are correct that the 5502-491 multi-connector...
