Artic sea will be useable in summer, for now the Oil tankers which was going to India is now now going to China. Iran closing the strait has no impact on Russian oil tankers heading to China. India is still buying Russian oil. -

1) China is now buying 90% of Russian oil. LNG pipeline is being built rapidly from Russia to China. 2&3) Agreed 4) Both still get some amount of Oil from Russia, also India is now buying Venezuelan Oil, LNG from Canada/US but it won't be cheap when comparing to middle east. -
