I tried it with uPNP and manually by forwarding the 3 or 4 ports in the router. Both same problem -

now I have found the nice solution with the iVMS4500 using HiDDNS. It works nice BUT the DDNS seem to loose connection because it very often shows "device is offline" even it isn't. I tried the forwarding of the 4 ports in the router, didn't help, tried to use uPNP, didn't help, tried different... -

EZVIZ does not allow my cam
might be the portforwarding in the speedport the problem? I am wondering about because ezviz P2p is enabled and shown online in the cam-menue and ezviz detects the cam in LAN ...the only thing the damned cloud device does now allow action.... -

I need access to the video and other persons have to look the video too.....what would you suggest, using another cloud-system? Actually there are no cost free dyndns-offers for my router available.....otherwise I would try to get it by dynamic DnS -

thanks god my DS-2CD2032F-I can work again after downgrade to 5.2.5....BUT: I can not get it in the EZVIZ. In the camera menue the EZVIZ P2P button is on and it shows "online". When I go to the EZVIZ7 my camera is detected in the LAN but it is not accepted to add it. WHY? What does it need to... -

Hello! I updated my DS-2cd2032F-I that came with V5.3.0 (chinese probably) to I thought newer version 5.3.0 from the hikvision web. I thought to make it better updating the firmware.....what a mistake.... the firmware update went up to 100%, it rebootet and now is hanging. It doesn't show any... -

when I plug the cam to the router, the router shows a LAN connection with an ipv6 adress but no ip4 adress. I can ping that ipv6 and it responses as it should but I can not reach the camera via browser and it is not shown on sdap and odm...strange, isn't it? -
