    Are both cameras on the same firmware? if not, perhaps the cam rendering all menu items may be on newer FW however knowing HIK, you might try FW updating then resetting the single camera not rendering all menu items. Commonly Hik cameras have Onvif enabled.

    Try a different browser or install IETab on Chrome. some menu items will not appear due to browser conflicts. even installing the plugin doesn't always provide full menus.
