    I got my from Ebay. The seller did post the model number with (E) version. I upgraded firmware directly from official Hik ,com global version website. Global has English, so I don't see any problem with Global version. The one I got is DS-7616NXI-I2/S (E) without POE port.

    I changed that setting to Vehicle Priority and camera still not record video with event. I thought LPR camera can always take pictures and record video simultaneously to SD card. There is not much instruction in the manual with these setting :). Thanks.
