    Hurray!! I had to configure the firewall rule based on the port (instead of program). All is well. Added the port forwarding on the router and able to access remotely and iPhone app. Thanks again.

    Awesome. I turned off the Firewall (for Domain Network) temporarily and I could access the BI page. Great. I turned it back ON and it stopped. So, I understand firewall is the culprit. I added a firewall rule for BlueIris app to allow the traffic. But it is not working. I will read up more how...
